Appalachian Beekeeping Collective - Turmeric Ginger Lemon Creamed Honey

Our Turmeric Ginger Lemon Creamed Honey is delicious and has a smooth spreadable consistency. We use organic turmeric, organic ginger, and organic lemon peel to create this bright and delicious yellow honey.  ABC makes our creamed honey from our raw Appalachian mountain honey, controlling a cold crystallization of the honey so that the honey crystals all grow small and uniform. This method creates a finished product with a lovely creamy texture. Creamed honey is raw, and contains all the health benefits of our traditional Appalachian honey. Please note we do not ship our flavored creamed honey in the warmer months because the heat can reverse the creaming process.
