Our friends at SaltWorks provided us with their optically-cleaned Pure Ocean®Sea Salt, which under goes a process that eliminates all foreign materials and flawed crystals, while leaving the raw salt just as natural as the day it was harvested: no washing, no chemicals and no tampering with Mother Nature's components. What you end up with is a crystal clear sea salt which we infuse with our organic superhot chilies.
