NO. 3 is crafted from two distinct presses of Arbequina olives, grown at high altitudes in the arid beauty of Tabernas, Spain. The flavor profile begins with a touch of a smooth, mellow Arbequina, infusing ripe notes of almond, green banana, and a nutty, buttery warmth. It’s then balanced with a bolder Arbequina, lending delicate floral undertones and a subtle black pepper finish. The combination creates a refined, medium-intensity profile that is bold yet harmonious, layered with a touch of peppery complexity. The use of bolder varietals also enriches NO. 3 with a heightened polyphenol (antioxidant) concentration.
